Intervention UK at Heaven on 24th August will be held in conjunction with the British Cancer Research UK. Cancer is something that touches almost all of us in one way or another. Whether it’s family or friends, a neighbour, a colleague, even a child or at its worst, ourselves – cancer doesn’t discriminate. It destroys lives around the world, regardless or what country you come from or what your social background is. British Cancer Research works tirelessly day in, day out to find a cure and to offer support for those affected by it. No-one knows this better than Intervention-UK promoter Steve Prince, who’s own mother has been battling the disease for some time now. Steve and his mum have been able to lean on BCR-UK when they’ve needed it most and now Steve wants to give something back. 75% of all money taken on the door will be going to Cancer Research and the other 25% will be going to costs. So while you’ve having the most amazing time on the dance floor, you’ll also be helping to save lives and funding research at the same time.
