Global Gathering rolls into Stratford Upon Avon for the third year running as GodsKitchen brings its unique brand of midsummer madness to Long Marston Airfield. In 2005 the gathering is spread over two nights with camping facilities - a first for a dance event in the UK.
GodsKitchen's take on the festival format brings a new dimension to the club calendar, hijacking every aspect of dance music and combining it with some spectacular entertainment. Forty thousand fans go crazy in numerous arenas packed with sound, lighting, video screens, visual arts and lasers.
New for 2005 is the Bubble Wrap Zone, where revellers can pop away to their hearts content, and the British Village Fair, with a host of traditional faves such as tombolas and hooplas. Test your limits on the only existing mobile roller coaster and a plethora of insane fairground attractions, including dodgems and waterslides. The Chill Out Village comes complete with cinema and coffee shops. Have a laugh at the Comedy Club, hosted by Jongleurs, or bask in the 8000-capacity Beach Arena.
The music is a truly global reflection of dance with over 100 DJs and live acts.
